hi there, i have a radio scanner but can't find any frequencies does any body know were i can gets some for the north west uk (manchester). thanks....

You should be able to get at least

hf or shortwave 3 - 30 Mhz

vhf 30 - 951 Mhz This will cover
Comercial radio 88-108Mhz

Aircraft 118-136Mhz Try this around Ringway (Manchester Airport)

Thought the whole idea of a radio scanner was to search for and receive anything being transmitted in the range the set covers.Set it to scan each frequency range and see what you get!
