Can Anyone tell me where I would be able to find a OEM disk for an ACER Aspire Desktop Computer.

I am trying to find one online before i have to approach the company. I destroyed the operating system on my computer and i need to restore it from manufacturers settings except I am missing disk 1 of the 4 disks needed! So I cannot get the computer to boot.

Some Acers have a recovery in a hard drive partition - if you press F8 a few times as soon as you switch it on, you may get the option to boot from that drive and restore from there.

If not, you should contact Acer.

If you near to Dudley you could try mine, I suppose. No guarantee they'd work

THankyou very much for that, after further investigation through google i have found that my computer would do what you said, just slightly differently.....

I restored my computer by pressing ALT F10 Several times on start up. Perfect.
