Reach out i'll be there

Okay, the video features a WHITE girl, she is cute, with black hair I guess, and a red dress (not sure), she sings the song "reach out" , and the other characters in the video clip participate in singing by replying to the girl "i'll be there", and playing music (roland organ and drums), thosse persons are masked like the characters of Sesame Street ( http://media.ebaumsworld.com/picture/thazzle/e vil_sesame_street.jpg ).
When the song ended, they showed the song info, and there I saw:

(something I dont remember)
Red Band

I thought the band is Red band and the song is reach out, and started to look for it on the internet but found nothing related .. many "reach out "songs none of them related, and there is a Red band but I dont see that girl at all, besides, there is no "reach out" by a "red band" ..

addition, when the song starts it shows a 14 symbol age restriction, while I dont understand why, as the song contain nothing at all .. (oh except for some sesame-masked person who says at the end " when you sleep I will be under your bed .... I will **** you" .. something like that
