help please with Picasa2

I have a friend's Picasa web album which she sent to me on Outlook Express. I would like to send it to my picasa so I can sort some pics which I would like to print. How do I do this please, I have tried every whichway but just can't do it. The picasa help section doesn't mention doing this at all. Is it possible, and is it something obvious I am missing? (Like a brain perhaps???) TIA Shirl
