Hi. I am trying to upload photos to the tesco photo shop but when i click on "upload photos" i get a message - "internet explorer has stopped working" followed by "restarting internet explorer" then IE reboots itself and goes back to my home page.
Can anyone help with this? I wondered if it might be something to do with Norton Security but i cant imagine what.
Thanks

Hi Billy, What is firefox?
Hi Francis , Firefox is a different web browser , much loved by many people on AB & elsewhere often for a myriad of reasons problems in I.E. work ok in Firefox . You can download & read more about it here http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/ . It might not fix your problem but worth having anyway

Its strange - i've had computers for about 10 years and never really had any problems. But since i got this new laptop with windows vista i've had all sorts of problems. Was i just lucky before or is vista rubbish?
Beware of the Tesco photo shop. I have had no end of problems with my printer since downloading Tesco's photo upload software. I keep finding tesco files squirrelled away in the strangest places on my hard drive and I cannot get my printer to work. If I can get my hands on the idiot who wrote their software I will end up in jail - but I will have the satisfaction that there is one less pratt out there.
