i want to edit photos as in add silly little bits like funny hair, goofy teeth ect ect does anyone know of any good free software i can use for this

but along with that ... you need talent ... it's not as easy as you possibly think - adding silly hair etc takes quite a bit of skill

ok i downloaded gimp but not finding what im looking for are you sure you can do it on this and if so any idea where i find it spent all day looking without success

the gimp is a photo editor
you have to supply the teeth or hair - it's just like drawing on a photo in real life ... 'swhat i meant about needing talent.

if you want a package with built in talent .... you have to pay
