Updating iPod name & album artwork?

Just bought my sister's iPod as she preferred the nano but how do I change the iPod name into mine? iTunes is all in mine but she registered it and it still remains under her's?
Is there also a setting I should be using for updating album artwork? It used to update it automatically after importing a cd and when you click 'update album artwork', it does it for the whole iTunes library as opposed to the cd I'm importing!!
