cant print off e-mails

i have been having problems with Outlook Express so I am now using Widdows Live.
The print button option does not work - a problem I had with Outlook.
Anybody have any idea how i fix this?

Can you print OK from everything else?

what happens if you select the print option from the file menu instead of clicking the print button?
