How would i find out the names of people missing because of the japanese typhoon?

I have a friend who i email who lives in Japan. A typhoon has hit the area where he lives and i am worried about him. How would i be able to find out the names of those who are missing in kanagawa?

The typhoon did not hit Kanagawa. It hit KAGAWA which is in the shikoku area, south west of the country. The typhoon also hit kyushu and then headed north to Hokkaido. Kanagawa is in the Kanto region next to Tokyo and was unaffected. I'm sure your friend is fine.
