Has anybody got an email address for orange complaints dept for probs with broadband. Tried to ring, but was kept hanging on. I have searched the orange website and cannot find their email address just call centre numbers!! ( some at 50p per minute!!)

Like most large organisations, Orange don't publish an email address, per se. (It's an anti-spamming measure). Instead, they provide a web form for users to submit mail. It's here:
