Sounds like your ISP has some kind of junk filter on your email account. Either this or it is being blocked / moved by some other software on your computer. What program are you using to read your emails?

Thanks for your interest, I'm using Internet Outlook and firefox/talktalk.

Talktalk is almost certainly treating the mail as spam. Your best solution would be to set up a new email account with another provider. (You can use it alongside your existing account, so you'd only have to notify the sender of the bulk emails about the new address. Others can continue to contact you via your Talktalk address).

There's another current thread where you'll find suggestions for a suitable provider. (My own preference is for Gawab):

Thanks for that Chris I'll give it a go and let you know, could take a while to prove.Do I need to do anything special in setting up a second e-mail account? Sorry to be a pain but I'm one of those "silver surfers" with a limited IT now how.
Thanks Again, Barry
