Network Problem

Hi there, can any techies help me.
I have a BT router connected to a laptop and the network connection has stopped working. It works with my other laptop and I have tried reinstaalling the software and also tried using different ethernet cables and USB cables with no sucess. Any clues anyone?

Have you turned off the wifi on the laptop which won't connect?

It can be scarily easy to do by mistake

Hi, Myriad, Pressed the reset button on the back of the router that should help you!

If not unplug the router for about 30sec, because i had to do that sometimes it always help's me,

If that fail's ring BT, and ask them for a new one,
