hi can anyone helpi tried to watch live football via the computer so i paid ebook went to download it then was told ihad to download adode, and that is as far has i got, i have been told to downlaod sopcaft when i got the page up i didn't no which virsion to download, can anyone please advise me please, thanks PS what i know about computers you could write on the back of a stamp,

It's extremely hard to watch live football (with any great reliability) on your PC. The football authorities (FA, UEFA, FIFA, etc) guard their broadcasting rights very carefully. All you can get over the internet (illegally) is what individuals put online and distribute via Sopcast (which is the video equivalent of Limewire). Don't expect fantastic results.

Assuming that your PC is running Windows, download the file from here:
http://download.sopcast.cn/download/SopCast.zi p

That's a zip (compressed) file. Double-click on it to launch your 'unzipping' software which will 'extract' the various files in the package.

Then double-click on the file Setup-SopCast-version.exe to install the Sopcast components.

Both Softpedia.com and Download.com report that Sopcast is 'clean' software, with no adware or viruses.
