Sasser worm is a computer virus, quite common if you don't have any anti virus protection, very difficcult to get rid of,
when i had it I did a reformat,

It was a very nasty computer worm a few years ago and think microsoft released a patch to fix it.
Dont know if its still around as have not heard of it for a while but it has probbably morfed into more nastie stuff by now

that's right knobby they did and still do download a patch for it, but , if like me , you are running a pirate copy of windows then it can be a little tricky.
