Need some help remembering an old(ish) game...

Several years ago (probably about 10 years) I had a demo for a PC game that basically involved hunting dinosaurs on an island - I seem to remember you could choose to either tranquilize or kill them, and if you killed them they were in a sort of trophy room that you could view. The coolest thing was carefully lining up a shot on some dinosaur or other, then you'd hear a rustling, and a velociraptor would leap out and kill you - brilliant! But anywho, does anyone know what this game might be called?

I don't think it was that, unless that was a video game as well? I think it was around that time though...

Ah ha, just found it - it's called Carnivores (or maybe Carnivores II, not sure which one I played) - good game!
