Screensaver dog that chews wires

I am looking for a screensaver dog that chews wires and makes the screen flicker etc... It was around in the mid 90's. Please help, i would like to show my technology mad son.

It would help if you could give further information on what the background itself looked like and how realistic the dog was ie was it like a cartoon image?

This type of screensaver is very difficult to locate without a good description.

It was a little cartoon dog (looks a bit like the nice day stationery dog). The background was normal. The dog used to just walk in from various sides and play on the screen,

There's a good chance that that this was "Hoover The Mischievous Mutt". It seems to be currently in version 1.02.

If you Google the title, you'll get lots of links to the screensaver. The problem is that it is shareware, so it's not free.

Let me know if this is not what you were after.

Further to the above, this screensaver comes in a number of episodes or "skits" as they call them and they seem to be downloadable separately.

On investigating further, there's one skit called "Desktop Mayhem" which seems to be exactly the one you describe.
