When you want to print digital photos at a shop can you load them first onto a flash drive,do the machines have a usb connector?

Im asking to clarify some advice I gave my sister.She has photos from a holiday downloaded on her computer.She had borrowed a digital camera at the time,a couple of years ago,so she doesn't have the memory card.I suggested that she choose the photos she wants prints of,copy them to a flash drive and take that to get them printed.So basicaly I wanted to know if the machines at the shops have a usb port.
not the ones Ive used,easiest option is to put the required selection onto a CD
