Programe to spit up 1 track into 10 on a CD

Hiya folks
I have recorded a mix and uploaded it onto PC, I now need to split the tracks into 1,2,3, ect. I want it to play without gaps on a CD when i burn it to a disc.
Is there a free/easy programe to do this?
