citv freeview re-tune?

Hi I own a sony 28" wega tv .It has a built in freeview system.I was told to retune the other day as citv has been moved. I prefer to manually retune as on auto I loose channels and spend ages tryin to retrieve them manually.This time however I am unable to restore citv to my kids.Is there a website that I can use that will provide me with the correct channel and server no's so that I can make manual tuning a lot easier. Thanks.

If auto-tuning loses channels, it suggests that your aerial system isn't really good enough.

CITV is on Channel 75, using SDN's Multiplex A:

Thanks for your answer.I have manually retuned to citv and got the kids off my back. I have also taken your comments on my old aerial on board.
