Hacking DVD players

I have a DVD player ( TOSHIBA SD - 170E ) that I would like to hack enabling me to play DVDs other than region 2. I have not been able to find a site. Can anyone assist me please? Please note that for some reason my computer does not allow me access to certain sites so if any replies could include detailed instructions I would be most grateful - THANKS.

Zen - although I did request detailed instructions my neighbour let me use his computer to access the site you suggested and my DVD is now Region 0. THANKS
