I recently had a Virgin engineer visit to correct one of
my satellite stations that was not working properly.
He has fixed the fault by supplying a new box but my
previous box was linked to the kitchen TV which I use
a lot. Now I can only see one programme on the
kitchen TV which has to be the same as the one on in the living room.
The whole point of having a tv in the kitchen is
so that my husband and I can watch different programmes when required. Is there any way to get the kitchen tv working again without the expense of another box?
Many thanks

I am confused. Virgin does not use satellite -it uses cable.

If you only have one box you can only see one channel, no matter how many tv are connected to it.

Were you able to view two different digital stations before? If so, did you have two boxes?

You should still be able to get terestial channels down the aerial which you can view without the virgin box.

If you do have an aerial, you could buy a cheap freeview box and watch freeview tv on one television and virgin on the other.
In future if a virgin engineer arrives, send him back and ask for someone with experience :-)
how did you know ...... was he riding a unicorn?

Sounds like you need to get him back
