Music Player keyboard shortcuts

I have play, stop, next track and previous track button on the top of my keyboard that work with windows media player. They work no matter what program i'm in, meaning i can them whilst in word or running a game full screen, just having media player running in the background. Are there any keyboards out there that will do this, and can they be configured to do the same with iTunes?
