Saving videos from websites.

When you watch a video or cartoon clip from a website is there any way to save it onto your hard drive and then hopefully onto your phone. Specifically, I would like to get a video called Ultimate Showdown on a website called Weebl's Stuff and put it onto my mobile. Any help greatly appreciated.
