Unfortunately i have adopted this virus, anyone any ideas how to get rid of it?

The following was posted in another forum.
1. Delete these registry entries:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\ShellServiceObjectDelayLoad]
"rdfhost"
"rdihost"
"rdshost"
2. Restart WINDOWS
3. Delete these files:
%Windows%\photo album.zip
%System%\rdfhost.dll
%System%\rdihost.dll
%System%\rdshost.dll
