i enquired about getting bt broadband package today i.e the tv and the broadband together already have the phone with bt, and was told i am to far from the exchange for the tv to work as it comes through the broadband. how close to the exchange would you have to be living?

Seems it's about 2.5 miles limit. This is because the signal loses strength over distance.

You don't know how lucky you are,fruitsalad. Biggest mistake I ever made was getting that!! Get Sky,Virgin,Tiscali or anybody but BT.!!
