i dont have an external memory card reader. K.
You will either need a card reader or usb adapter (the memory card plugs into this then into a usb port on the pc) or a lead from your camera to a usb port. Some examples below. Once connected you can highlight them all (Ctrl A) copy & paste the pictures onto your c: drive or drag & drop

Wonder why you want to do this? You do need to get a memory card reader for a start.
If the photos are on a CD then the sequence would be to put CD in drive ,go "my Computer ,then your CD drive Right click on the CD drive, scroll to explore, identify the photos, highlight them, right click on them and drag to desk top.Select the option "copy here"
If they are already in your computer the above step isn't needed.
Connect your card reader to a USB port.If you are running XP or later the computer will auto instal the reader.Plug in th memory card into the reader. It will show as a removable drive in "my computer"
Locate the photofiles ,highlight them, drag and drop the highlighted files to the drive .
However,in my experience cameras are not very good at reading files put on a card in this way,so although you will have copies on the card your and other computers can read suspect they won't display on the camera

i got my mum a digital photo frame for xmas, bought a spare memory card, my sister put it her kodak camera and took photos of all her kids who live out of town, then she gave the memory card to me and i put it in my kodak but it came up file type not recognised, so i went to format it and it says i will lose these photos already taken.
Different cameras have differing file set-ups,so that photos taken by one camera may not display on another
I suggest you get a card reader, copy the photos from the card to your computer.Do not format the card. If you format it you WILL lose the photos. Probably best to then return the card to the person whose camera it is compatible with.
Might then be worth buying a suitable sizes card compatible with the digital photo frame and copying the photos from your computer to it.That way you have a copy you can keep/get prints from, and they can also hopefully be enjoyed via the photo frame
