I've had Vista for nearly a year now. At first there were few programs that were incompatable with it. Earlier on today I had to make a very long call to AVG as my Firewall had stopped working. The guy said it was to do with Vista but I eventually got it sorted by re-installing it under a different product code. Should I have stuck with XP and is there any programs that are still incompatable with Vista?

If it was working ./... then stopped working ... it's more likely to be AVG.

I'm not very computer literate so I don't know the difference between XP and Vista.
