Paint shop pro

Please help! My daughter (studying A Level photography) has mentioned that she'd like Paint Shop Pro for Christmas. However, there appears to be different ones! We have a new laptop with Windows Vista and an older computer which it will need to be loaded on to. I could ask her but then she'll know I'm going to buy it for her and I'd like it to be a surprise........I've told her it's too expensive!

Can anyone help me out? Preferably, I'd like to buy from PC World as I have a voucher that could be used.
