Suspect short circuit in wiring, leaving battery constantly distributing a charge. Or is it draining while unconnected? if so, check electrolyte level inside
Could be a number of things, if the battery is going flat even if it's not connected = the battery is knacked. There could be a electrical drain on the system, most common fault being the alternator draining power back.
If connected in car, check interior light not left on, particularly boot light or glove-box light
