transfering music to mobile phone

I am trying to transfer music from my pc to mobile phone without any success. i have tried using my dongle it will transfer music bt when i come to execute on phone it says unsupported file formal. Help please.

Ther's many ways to do this. Recent versiions of Windows media player will allow you to CD tracks to mp3. Or if you want, download a ripper program such as dbpoweramp.

When i put my music from PC to phone i can only do this if i send it through real player programme.
If i try and send through other programmes it says unsupported file formal.
