How do get wav and mp3 files from my documents to my Motorola mobile please?

if you got a data cable and software with your phone you could use that. or...if your phone has bluetooth you could buy a bluetooth dongle for your pc and do it via bluetooth

Don't know if you got the CD and cable with your phone (mine's an L6) but I found these links - the first one is to be paid for. I bought a usb cable but then downloaded the software for free. Can't remember where from but I think it was from the second site below:-
