My phone which is a sony erricson w300i has a problem the screen seems to have moved up, for example where it says at the bottom Calls and Menu there now at the top of the screen and i cant see any of my screen, so is there anyone out there who can tell me how to get onto RESET DEFAULT SCREEN, and make it step by step instructions please I.e MENU left 1 down 2. like that..........THANKS xx
