Our computer, running Windows XP, is now using BT broadband. We used to have Dial up with Freeserve/Wanadoo/Orange. Recently I have noticed the following:

BT Desktop help cannot run a "Health check" on the E-mail set up (Outlook Express) keeps saying "Round trip failed" ??

If we use Internet explorer browser instead of the BT one it still says "Provided by Orange" at the top of the page??

Any Advice appreciated.
