How to save a ringtone on Nokia N70

I have downloded a clip from Radio Scotland and although the message came through and I was able to hear it initially I don't know where it has been saved to and cannot find it to play it as a ringtone. I know most people will know how to do this but despite having had a mobile phone for years and years and being quite savvy with PCs I am stumped with this. HELP ?? My phone is a Nokia N70

hi i have a nokia n73 and the tunes are normally stored under "gallery" or if not there you have prob saved on your memory card
