How do I play 3gpp videos on my comp?

My phone records videos in 3gpp format and when I try to view them on my computer, they wont play due to invalid data. Can someone please help me cos I am no good with all this technical stuff. I appreciate any responses. Thanks in advance.

There a few programes that play 3g files, I use the Nokia multimedia player which comes with nokia phones (or from there website, or you could use Real player, which also is very good
