How do I turn a word/sentence into a hyperlink?

I am writing a sentance 'Please click here' and I want the words 'click here' to be a hyperlink to a URL. I have totaly forgotten how to do this...thanks!

enter the actual URL and press return so it turns into a hyperlink.

Right click on the hyperlink then select 'hyperlink'. THis will bring up a dialogue box. At the bottom (I think) there is a field that says 'text to display'. Change this to say 'Please click here'.
