Put them into the disc drive and use a media player to play them. You probably have Windows Media Player as standard but you can download other players.
Or do you mean how to play ones that you have burned on your computer ona normal CD player?

If so, you play them in the same way that you play any CD. Some CD players however (usually cheap ones or old ones) won't play them.
It depends how you have put the music files on to the CD.

If you have just put them on there as MP3 files many CD players will not play them.

If you put them on there as "proper" audio then they should work like any other audio CD.

There are software programs out there that convert MP3 files to "proper" audio files, or programs like Nero can make an "audio" CD.

Some older CD players will not play a CD made on a computer.
Windows Media Player will also make audio cds.
