burning encoded files

I use DVD Shrink to copy dvds - let's ignore the legality of this for a moment - and occasionally it says burn process failed. It tells me that the encoded files have been saved to a temporary folder and that I can burn them if I want. I go to the folder and there's a load of files in there, but I don't have any clue what to do with them. Nero doesn't accept them. Any ideas?

I was looking to burn them
if it fails it's down to your burner wearing out - common - or poor quality discs -more common,

Open shrink, instead of open disc use open files, find that folder and burn as normal.
