Address bar

My URL is now showing at the bottom of the page, and the address bar is empty at the top - the back, forward etc buttons are pale and not working and I cannot copy or paste, or use the back on the mouse. Please help me to restore it all. Thank you.

Umm, what's a browser, do you mean Firefox, cos that's what I've got.
