Is it possible to send video from a PC's hard drive to a television? Does anyone know how to do this?

Most graphics cards let you do this, if yours has got a (usually yellow) socket the same size as a "phono" audio socket, then this carries the video. You should be able to take the sound from the output on your soundcard. Then you need to plug the other ends into your TV input. If you're lucky you'll have a 3-phono input (for a camcorder, normally), but I guess you could get a lead that will use the Scart socket. Nvidia (and I assume most other) cards come with set up software that enables you to configure your displays to use a TV as a second monitor - if you play with the settings, you'll be able to find the one that works best for your arrangement.
Try using your Nintendo Wii! Just get the Media Player soft mod done and then you are set boy!
