help, is it possible to broadcast pre recorded video via a webcam/webcam link instead of sending live,and if si how do you do it, thanks a lot .

Yes it is, first record the video you want to broadcast by using software that records whats your webcam sees, then upload that file that the software records to a website such as youtube, myspace, video google etc.
