cd-r's or cd-rw's

CD-R'S or CD-RW's do they only come as 700 mb 80 mins or can you buy bigger cd's. I have a video clip thats just to big to go on a 80 min disc. tried to burn to a DVD-R but nero won't have it, it is comprssed xvid clip. Many thank in advance for any answers.

you can get up to 900mb cds ... but they are rare ... and expensive compared to DVDs

if just too big ... will overburn do the trick?

when you tried to burn to dvd did you start with a data setup?
it should burn it as just another file (unless of course if it's copywrited!)

alternatively try dvd shrink

Thanks for your suggestions ACtheTROLL Have 80 min record time but 91 mins video a bridge to far for overburn. If i burn data disc to DVD it won't play back in my DVD player. can i edit/crop say the credits out to shrink record time how would i do that? Many thanks for time and efforts.
CD disc is only 700 mb, if your file is large, you can burn it to a DVD disc which has 4.7GB volumn, here is a guide about how to burn files to DVD, hope it helps.
