problems with purchaser of property

we have recently sold our property but keep getting harrasing and almost threatening phone calls from the owner of our old house as the heating isnt working we have had similar problems in our new house but i see them as my problems in the new house as it is sold as seen so where do i stand with the purchaser shouldnt they be the same its sold as seen and stop harrassing us

Was it working when you left the property? If not, did you inform the buyers?

yes it was working and was serviced about four weeks ago

Get your solicitor to write to them, they should not be harrassing you.

we have given them the service receipt on th eheating system and ahd to change our numbers but our solicitor has taken up the reigns and ahs written to the new owners solicitors
