WMA files,why weren t my bought wma files play on my mp3 player? will play on other computers?!!

because most mp3 players only play mp3 files. you will need to convert the wma to mp3.
Sounds like DRM in action. Some mp3 players CAN play wma without this 'protection' but, if your bought ones are protected, it looks as if your mp3 player can't play protected files (quite common). Can you buy them as mp3 in future?

hi folks I have converted the file to mp3 ,plays on other pc s but not a "portable" mp3 player!?!?!?!!??!
Hi wordingham, something drastically wrong here? What quality are you using for your mp3s (128/160 or above?). Some players might not be able to play the higher bit rates (eg 320+). Could the player be faulty?
