hotmail pictures won't load

I'm trying to attach pictures in Hotmail to an email. but my computer keeps blocking the programme that has to be installed, something Active X, I think? How can I get round this? DO I have to disable some security thing? I have Zone Alarm, I dont think that would stop it would it?
prev PLays in Dvd player but not on pc

A faster way to attach pictures in Hotmail, is to attach them as a file not a picture, then you dont have to install any picture software.
