I doubt that such software will be commercially available.

Manufacturers who have a vested interest in encryption have the money and technology to develop and apply encryption programmes, because they mass-produce dvd's - but it would not be worth anyone creating a commercially available version - because hardly anyone would want to use it.

I am curious as to why you have problems with your friends copying youc ropies - it can't be a legal or moral argument since you are already copying yourself.

Why not simply keep your discs under lock and key?

without going it to it into too much detail i am needing it for commercial use in preventing others from copying my work, in doing so i can naturally protect my assets so to speak, therefore when people like my work they will return instead of taking a risk that some people may buy 1 and pass it on etc
OK - thanks for the explanation.

It's a difficult one - as I said, I don't think you can encrypt easily, because this is usually done at the pressing stage, rather than encrypting each copy.

Wjy not contact a few recording studios who mass-produce CD's for small bands, and see if they can assist?

The only other thing to do is to make sure you plaster all your output with 'Copyright makam 2007' and then politely warn any potential copyers that you will find out if they copy (they don't know you are not encrypting) and you will sue their bottoms off if they filch anything.

Good luck - if I hear of anything, I'll post and advise.
You may try Movavi Video Suite, this software can convert video to the right DVD format and burn DVD, I always use it to burn DVD movie and watch with my DVD player, very easy to use and works perfect for me, here is a guide about it
