Can someone please explain the impact of XTML on e-business.

I tried searching the net but had no luck so if anyone could explain to me or give me a link they know that will be great.

XHTML: no impact at all. Should be transparent to the end user, and pretty much anyone else. However, it's totally unrequired right now.

XHTML2 could be used as a backend language in a database for good semantics, however.
