Philips X58 Recovery Disc Error

On carrying out a full restore on my Philips X58 Laptop using the recovery disc that I created before using the machine, I get the error message - Error copying Vista.wim to recovery partition Error Code : 4 -.

I have been told that the recovery disc is corrupt and needs to be replaced.

Has anyone else encountered this and does anybody have any suggestions?
