Lotus Notes - Useless

We use Lotus at work and I hate it but there is one thing in particular that grates me. The pre-set dictionary does not have words such as Internet or Download. How can the dictionary of an e-mail client not recognise these kinds of words! (all the language settings, etc are correct).

its set up wrong this is something your it dept should be sorting not you :-)

post details of server and client versions and ill tell you how it should be set up to do what you like (but bare in mind this is quite basic they may well have opted to just use the default dictionaries on purpose?
