Can you download MESSAGE tones for the above mobile. This one seems to have fixed tones, not sure if you can do it or not.

no, unfortunately with all samsung phones you are stuck with the presests for message tones. i have the d900 and i have had other samsungs ,it is the only thing i dont like about them.
